Our Promise: Natural Lifestyle promises to deliver our Handmade ALL NATURAL products to you in a safe and secure manner. We will deal promptly with any issues that may arise concerning your order.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, there will always be some variation in color, texture, weight, fragrance, design or packaging between batches. However, we Endeavour to maintain as much consistency as reasonably possible. If you do have any queries regarding your order, please email us at [email protected] and we'll get back to you.
Please read carefully - by placing an order with us, you are acknowledging your agreement to the following conditions:
Price: All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD). Delivery is made at an additional cost (which are determined by the final weight of your order). We reserve the right to make price changes without prior notice - however, this will not occur for goods already ordered and awaiting delivery.
Payment: Payments are accepted via PayPal and major credit cards. Payment of your order made via PayPal is completely secure - we don't retain any payment information or card details. We are not responsible for any charges incurred by you from your Credit Card Company or bank in relation to the processing of any order made with us. Please note that if, for any reason, your card payment is not authorized by your bank/credit card company, we will not be able to proceed with your order and it will be cancelled.
Delivery of your Order: We aim to turn around any orders within 7 business days of receipt of that order but, if this isn't possible, we'll email you. However, this does not include weekends. .
It should be noted that we cannot accept any responsibility for delay caused by strike (postal etc) or any Acts of God. During busy periods, ie Christmas, please allow for an additional time for posting.
Please ensure you give us a complete postal address - we cannot accept any responsibility for items that are undelivered due to the submission of an incomplete address. Please ensure that there is someone at this address that can accept delivery - we cannot accept any responsibility for items that are undelivered as there was nobody home. The customer will be responsible for meeting any further postal costs in this case.
We can post to either domestic or business addresses; if you require your delivery to be signed for, please note that this will involve an additional cost and will require someone being available at the delivery address to sign for the goods.
We cannot be held responsible for orders, for which we hold a proof of posting (a receipt from our Post Office) that, subsequently, goes missing in the mail. If an order is sent to your given address, not delivered but held in the Post/Sorting Office and not picked up, by the customer, from there, the Post Office will return said order to us. We are not responsible for any additional costs involved in sending this order on to you again - you must meet that additional postage cost yourself (you will receive a Paypal invoice for the postal charge).
Cancellation of your Order: You may cancel your order within 24hours of placing that order. If the order is already in production but not yet shipped, then a 10% charge will be applied. There will be no cancellation on orders that have already been shipped.
Refunds & Returns: We do not offer refunds or accept returned items because these products are all handmade (ingredients selection, mixing and packaging); our time and cost of ingredients has to be taken into consideration however if you have any issues regarding returns or refund please email us at [email protected].
Your Privacy: We do not sell or pass on any of our customer's information, ie name, address, email address etc to any other parties. We loathe spam ourselves and so will not send you endless emails about special offers or other information. However, we do reverse the right to contact you regarding your order and, on occasion, may email you about our products. If you do not wish to receive any promotional material (however rare) from us, please contact us at [email protected] com and we will remove your details from our mailing list.
Samples: Samples are provided on a case by case basis after consultation or included in large orders
Wholesale: We do wholesale and also distribute through retailers.
Statutory Rights: These Terms & Conditions of Sale do not affect your statutory rights.
Copyright Notice: We retain copyright on all materials on this website, including photographs and images, page design, text, product names and descriptions of any of our products and these may not be reproduced in whole or in part by electronic or other means without our prior written consent.
Sales of Products to National/International Customers: Please note that all products offered for sale by [email protected] are produced within The United States. The customer, by agreeing to our Terms & Conditions at the time of placing an order, agrees that this contract is governed by the laws The United States.
Allergies and Medical Conditions: Our products are not intended to cure, diagnose, or prevent any ailments or diseases. Please contact your physician if you have health issues and think that our products can aid in relief. Discontinue use if you have an allergic reaction or are sensitive to any of the ingredients used. Any item descriptions, social media post or comments are strictly for educational purposes and should not be taken as medical advice. All products are for external use and should be used with caution or after consulting a physician.
All Products are Handmade in small batches with the highest quality ingredients.
